OUR STORY
Opening its doors in 2013, Ivy Provisions was born out of a need for a high-quality, local breakfast and lunch option with absolutely craveable sandwiches and salads.
A place that not only offered the classics, but went a step further and offered unique creations that made going to grab a sandwich exciting again. A place you can go on the regular and are excited to take friends to that are visiting from out of town. A place you can go after a soccer game or call to cater an office lunch or pre-wedding breakfast.
Meet the Team
The business is locally owned and operated, founded by PK Kamath in 2013. He primarily focuses on the finance, marketing, philanthropy and community relations components of the business. He is also charged with overseeing curation, quality control and overall strategic direction of Ivy Provisions. On the front lines, the lifeblood of the day-to-day operations, are General Manager Mary Catherine Gunter, Executive Chef, Bryan Sewell and Assistant General Manager Steven Blatnik.
